As an independent sales representative, you will drive organizational growth and generate business revenue by selling and cross-selling of BNG business solutions to current and prospective clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cultivate new business for all BNG Team brands via prospecting, cold calling, and utilizing external communication such as phone, email, and social media
  • Identify and communicate directly with key decision makers to present and sell BNG Team business solution offerings
  • Identify and communicate directly with key decision makers to present and sell BNG Team business solution offerings
  • Build and nurture relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms of sales, service agreements, and prices with client
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensures execution and communicates with the internal BNG Team brand on the sale
  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine prospective client’s pain points and identify the BNG business solutions to resolve those issues
  • Provide insight into, promote, and sell BNG’s top payment solutions to prospective clients
  • Identify key buying influencers and stakeholders to determine budget and timeline for BNG solution implementation
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in ConnectWise (CRM), ensuring all communications are logged, deal information is accurate, and documents are attached
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements
  • Follow ups with clients to ensure they’re satisfied with their purchase and answers questions or concerns clients may have 

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in selling within a B2B environment
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • A sales hunter mentality with the drive to succeed
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity quotas
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent client and customer service skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with actively listening ability
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Immaculate attention to detail
