We have an amazing and unique opportunity for a passionate media buyer with organic social media management experience who is looking to immerse themselves in one brand with a very niche audience while utilizing a favorable budget to explore, experiment, and take risks with different types of conversion media buying campaigns! We are looking for a guide who can devise a strategy and own it to execution across ALL things paid and organic social media, who thrives in an environment where creativity, flexibility, and pivoting strategy are embraced. Your skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience running Paid Media campaigns in any of the following: Adwords, Facebook, Digital Display, with a direct and provable understanding of the underlying mechanics of Paid Media platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to own both paid media campaigns & organic social media maintenance (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) required.
  • You are both creative and scientific, with a deep capacity to understand your audiences and use this knowledge to devise, create and apply strategic marketing campaigns.
  • You are resourceful and comfortable handling ambiguity, with an “if I don’t know how, I’ll figure it out” attitude.
  • You’re comfortable maintaining and recommending the correct application of media budget based on performance.
  • You can balance big-picture strategic thinking with the detailed requirements of execution and optimization.
  • You’re a team player who is gratified by serving the needs of the business and its customers.
  • Familiarity with common tools in the marketing stack like GA, GTM, and platform pixels.
  • You care about the rate at which your leads drive sales. An interest or background in ABM is a plus.
  • Light experience with Adobe Suite or Canva a plus.
  • Background in the IT Industry/Managed Services space is a huge plus!
