What Jesse Does For BNG

Jesse’s role at BNG Team is Sales Consultant, where he navigates the specific needs and pain points of a business and suggests solutions to mitigate them. He works with both inbound and outbound partner affiliates. His goal is to consult businesses and help them find the best options to fit their unique situation. By implementing what is needed to grow their business best, cut lost, simplify operations, Jesse enables business leaders to have more time to focus on what is important to them and their business.

Jesse’s Past & Passion

Jesse was born and raised in Alexandria, MN where he enjoyed time on the lake and anything to do with the outdoors, mainly downhill skiing. He studied marketing and community studies at SCSU where he became interested in buyer behavior and how that integrates into business and went on to study psychology at MSUM. With a keen understanding of business and a personal connection to those he works with, Jesse has maintained top sales positions throughout his professional life, bringing an empathetic approach to his customer base, allowing him to understand a company’s specific needs.

Jesse currently resides in Grafton, ND with his wife, Abbie and four children Lucy, Parker, Hudson, and Indy where his passions have turned to family and community involvement. “When you have a family, your priorities change very quickly from ‘What’s best for me? To, what can I do to provide the best opportunity and life for my family?’” Luckily, by working with BNG, Jesse can do both- working along with passionate professionals with a “family forward” outlook.

In His Spare Time

In what little spare time Jesse gets, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children, skiing, fishing, feverishly detailing his vehicles, binge-watching the latest TV series, coaching t-ball and serving on local community boards such as the North Valley Career and Technology board.
