What Mike Does for BNG

As the Support Manager for BNG Point-Of-Sale, Mike oversees the support team and escalations to ensure customers are receiving the best support possible. He also works to improve the team’s internal operations and assist merchants in solving any technical issues with their point of sale system.  

Mike’s Past And Passion For Our Business

Mike grew up in Bismarck, ND, and attended college at NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND. Before coming to BNG, He worked for SEI supporting the McDonald’s POS Systems for over ten years. He currently lives in Fargo, ND with his wife and two cats.

Mike has always had a passion for making sure any clients he works with are provided the best customer service experience possible. He found that BNG’s core values aligned with his own as well as having incredible opportunities for personal and professional growth which made him strive to become apart of the team. In April 2018, Mike joined the BNG Point-of-Sales team.

When Mike isn’t spending time with his wife, Vanessa, you can either find him Frisbee golfing, reading, working on tuning up his motorcycle or assisting his wife in the garden.
