What Nikki Does for BNG
As our HR Generalist, Nikki oversees the development, implementation, and direction of human resources strategy and our internal processes. Her primary focus involves creating best practices that help BNG excel and achieve its business, culture, and workforce goals.
Nikki’s Past & Passion For Our Business
Growing up, Nikki was immersed in the transportation business, as her parents ran their own trucking business. The upbringing taught her valuable life skills as she went on to NDSU to pursue her degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.
After college, she worked in the insurance industry before getting her first taste of the world of Human Resources in 2014. In her time in HR, she has worked with several different facets of the HR portfolio, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, HRIS integration, mergers and acquisitions, learning and development, management coaching and training, policy development and implementation, HR best practices, benefits administration, HR strategy, and more.
At BNG, Nikki uses her love of HR to guide, coach, and support our employees in creating a work environment and company culture that is warm, friendly, professional, and encompassing of our core values.
In Her Spare Time
Family is everything to Nikki, so she loves spending time with her husband Josh, and their daughter Carletta. They also spend every Sunday with her mother, sisters, and niece. When not with her family, she is an avid concert-goer and is always up for traveling to new places.
